This policy lists every cookie we set, what it is for, and how long it lasts.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember information between pages and visits.

Analytics
We use Matomo, a web analytics service operated by InnoCraft Ltd, to understand how our sites are used so we can improve them. Matomo is listed in our sub-processors.
Matomo’s cookies are set only once you have accepted them. If you decline, or do not answer, no analytics cookie is set and no analytics data is recorded.
Matomo records individual visits rather than only totals: the _pk_id cookie distinguishes one visitor from another across visits. We use this to produce reports about how the site is used, not to identify you. Our Privacy Notice explains the lawful basis and how to object.
Preference Cookies
We do not currently set any preference cookie. If that changes - for example to remember remembering your last selected organisation or DoorFlow account, UI layout preferences, and language or regional settings - this policy will be updated first.
Cookies We Do Not Use
We use no advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not sell or share cookie data with advertisers. No third party other than Matomo Cloud sets a cookie on our sites.
Managing Cookies
You can change your answer at any time using the “Review your decision” button on this page.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you block the strictly necessary cookies, the site may not work correctly.
Declining also deletes any Matomo cookie already set on an earlier visit.
Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date.
